If you have received a report and would like further clarification, or if you are instructing us for the first time, our resources below will guide you through what to expect.

Understanding your report

We provide comprehensive testing across a range of sample types, giving flexibility based on detection windows, availability and case requirements.

Every Certis BioLabs report is prepared to meet court-compliant standards and interpreted by experienced toxicologists.

We aim to make our results clear and straightforward, but we understand that questions sometimes arise.

If you would like to discuss your report:

Submit grad

You can submit a query directly to our customer service team using our online form or by calling 01235 633040.

Team member Contact grad

A member of our team will connect you with the appropriate reporting scientist or case manager to clarify your results.

3.

Explaination grad

We can explain how findings should be interpreted in the context of your case or provide additional information if required for legal proceedings. 

Our goal is to ensure every client fully understands their report and feels confident in the results provided.

How do I request a clarification or further interpretation of my results?

Simply contact our customer service team using the details provided in your report or via our online query form. We will ensure your query reaches the appropriate reporting scientist.

Can I obtain a more detailed version of my report?

Yes. If you originally ordered a Standard Report, you can request an upgrade to a Compound Confirmation Report for full details of substances detected. Additional costs apply

How long are results stored?

Certis BioLabs securely stores results and supporting data in line with ISO/IEC 17025 and GDPR requirements. You may request copies or further information at any time.

Who can I speak to if I have a technical question?

Our reporting scientists and case managers are available to answer technical or interpretive queries upon request.

Where can I learn more about how testing works?

Our resource library will soon include educational articles explaining our testing methods and processes in accessible language.
