Our collection process

Certis BioLab’s team of experienced collectors deliver high quality services to clients in England and Wales.
To make the process as simple as possible, our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange an appointment at a suitable time and place.

Before a sample is collected, our team will undertake a detailed call with the client to provide contextual information and gather any other relevant information to ensure that testing is completed to the highest standard.

Many of our collectors are NHS trained phlebotomists, and all have undergone DBS checks. Our collectors are trained to the highest standards to ensure health and safety standards.
Sample collections take place through one of our trained nationwide collectors or at one of our walk-in centres. Our collectors will come to a location convenient for the client, such as a solicitor’s office, workplace or home. Our collectors will ensure the space is safe, discreet and sterilised.
Once samples have been taken, they are then safely delivered back to a UKAS-accredited laboratory partner for analysis. Every test is handled with confidentiality and respect.
