Certis BioLabs works in partnership with a UKAS-accredited laboratory operating to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, ensuring all testing meets the quality and reliability benchmarks recognised by the courts.
Our laboratory partner uses validated methods for hair, nail, blood and urine testing, with every stage of analysis conducted under a documented chain of custody to protect the evidential integrity of each sample.

Our collections process
We provide a nationwide sample collection service carried out by trained professionals who operate with discretion and care.
Sample collections take place through one of our trained nationwide collectors, or at one of our walk-in centres. Our collectors will come to a location convenient for the client, such as solicitor’s office, workplace or home. Our collectors will ensure the space is safe, discreet and sterilised.
Each collection follows a strict chain-of-custody protocol, maintaining full traceability from sample to report. This ensures every result is court-ready and evidentially secure, with a typical turnaround of three days from sample receipt in the lab.
